WHAT IS F.I.T.?

Functional Interval Training was developed by Ethan and Liz Benda from years of research and testing to create the best workouts to burn body fat and build strength.

Just as the name implies, F.I.T. is a combination of FUNCTIONAL TRAINING and INTERVAL TRAINING.

Functional training is a method of training involving multiple planes of movement. This type of movement mimics what is done in daily life and builds a more symmetrical body. The exercises we use can be progressed from easy to insanely difficult, and can be adapted to any body type or built into a sport specific program for an athlete.
Interval training is broadly defined as repetitions of high-speed/intensity work followed by periods of rest or low activity. It has been confirmed in numerous studies that this type of training is more effective at inducing fat loss than more traditional resistance or cardio training programs.
We have developed and researched dozens of variations to create ways of pushing you to perform and look your best.
