Liz Benda
Liz is a Certified Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and has completed the first level of Resistance Training Specialist classes. She has experience training people of all fitness levels, from the severely de-conditioned to seasoned athletes. The success of her clients is testimony to her training skills.
Liz earned her BA in Art History in 1999. At that time she was very physically fit and even considering the path of becoming a Personal Trainer. However, life took some turns and shortly after graduation she moved to Kansas City and began a career in retail management. Over the next six years, Liz fell away from fitness and gained over 30 pounds from the stress of work and life in general. In 2007, she had enough and decided to reclaim her life and her body and committed herself to getting fit. Liz lost the 30 pounds with a healthy diet and exercise. She felt stronger and healthier than she had ever been. The feeling from this transformation empowered Liz to resume her path to becoming a trainer and helping others to achieve their goals.
Liz is now an NANBF and WBFF Physique Competitor and fitness model.
If you are looking to lose body fat, increase strength, and build a better-looking body, Liz is your trainer.
